All products and/or services available through us is considered custom artwork. Any product or service from Glass Concierge is a final sale and is non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.
If your order arrives damaged, you need to call 575.495.BORO (2676) or email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of the delivery time [in accordance to the tracking information with the order] to notify us of the problem. We will request that you send us the item back and we will refund you the shipping and send you out a replacement once we receive the damaged item back to us.
*All returns must have the original receipt or invoice
*All product return shipments must include all original internal packing materials, boxes and containers for insurance purposes.
If you wish to Change or Cancelyour order, there will be a 21% additional restocking fee on the total of your order. If you wish to Return your order, you must pay shipping and return shipping charges.
Order changes are allowed in very limited circumstances for items of an ‘almost-exact’ nature/ of very similar SKU and must be done within 3 hours of the original purchase to not incur the 21% restocking fee. All Change Order inquiries thereafter will incur the 21% restocking fee.
